What to expect:

• You will take on independent leadership and execution of HVAC projects in the hospital and healthcare sector.
• You will coordinate and manage your installation team as well as subcontractors and external service providers, ensuring efficient site organization.
• You will serve as the technical contact for clients and project partners, aligning technical solutions, execution details, and project requirements.
• You will monitor deadlines, costs, quality, and project progress, initiating appropriate measures in a timely manner in case of deviations.
• You will be responsible for material and resource planning, creating material requests, and coordinating the required staff, equipment, and services.
• You will ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and technical standards, leading by example.

What you should bring:

• You have completed technical training (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) in HVAC, installation and building technology, plant engineering, supply engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have several years of professional experience in the HVAC sector and are familiar with the practical implementation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitation systems.
• You have prior experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
• You have leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a responsible team leader position, enjoying the coordination and development of employees.
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, are regularly present on construction sites, and bring the necessary flexibility for demanding hospital projects.
