Your Scope of Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the dispatch team, including personnel planning
• Responsibility for complete shipping and transport planning in inbound and outbound areas
• Coordination and alignment with external freight forwarders and logistics service providers regarding quality, costs, punctuality, and performance
• Preparation, application, and review of all relevant shipping, customs, and transport documents
• Collaboration on logistics projects, for example in process optimization, warehouse management, or software implementation
• Close coordination with sales, procurement, production, project management, assembly, and external partners
• Analysis of existing processes and active design of stable, efficient, and transparent workflows

Your Profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics, dispatch, or freight forwarding within an industrial company
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead a team in a binding and appreciative manner
• Familiarity with project business, ideally experience in logistics projects, process optimizations, or software implementations
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, truck dispatch, inbound/outbound logistics, and interfaces with production
• Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade is an advantage
• Excellent German and good English skills
• High problem-solving competence and quick comprehension with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and authority with tact
• Tough, present personality capable of making clear and swift decisions

An attractive annual gross salary of EUR 60,000 is envisaged for this position. Your actual income will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience in a personal discussion.
