Job Description

- You take on project leadership for national and international customer projects in mechanical and plant engineering.
- You accompany the project from kick-off through internal project phases to successful final acceptance.
- You keep track of deadlines, milestones, project progress, and customer requirements.
- You coordinate project-relevant content with the customer and ensure clear, binding communication.
- You coordinate collaboration between internal departments such as Planning, Operations, Software & Commissioning, and Installation.
- You identify potential deviations early, initiate solutions, and keep all stakeholders informed.
- You are also present on-site at the customer's location when needed and strengthen customer relationships through your professional support.

Requirements

- You have a completed degree in Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Initial experience in project management, project planning, technical sales, work preparation, or plant engineering is an advantage.
- Recent graduates with technical understanding, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for complex projects are also welcome.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- You enjoy international collaboration and are willing to travel for situational customer appointments.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with multiple stakeholders.
- You present yourself as reliable, communicate clearly, and enjoy working in a team.
