Our client Kuwopa is a well-established Austrian trading company in the non-food sector, headquartered on the northern outskirts of Vienna. To support the motivated finance team, we are looking for reinforcement.

During the introductory phase in this responsible position, you will familiarize yourself with the business processes and be introduced to the internal accounting organization.

• Recording of business transactions in the accounts payable area, cash, and bank postings
• Preparation of evaluations and advance VAT returns
• Liquidity planning and monitoring
• Account reconciliation
• Processing of national and international payment transactions
• Preparation for the annual financial statements
• Coordination with the branch office
• Reorganization of the document management system

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in trade or related industries
• You are proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of the "Jet Fibu" software would be an advantage
• You have excellent organizational skills and work
