As an Administrator for the Atlassian toolchain with a focus on Jira & Confluence, you will take on a central role in Research & Development (R&D). You will ensure smooth operations, continuously develop our tool landscape, and act as the primary contact for all questions regarding our Atlassian tools.

Your responsibilities:

• Administration, configuration, and further development of the Atlassian toolchain in the context of hardware and software development in R&D
• Planning, coordination, and rollout of changes, upgrades, and extensions to the tool environments
• Involvement in technology projects and independent project coordination within R&D
• Creation of application concepts in close collaboration with relevant interfaces

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience with the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence), ideally in administration
• Practical experience with scripting and automation to optimize processes and tool workflows
• Experience and methodological competencies in agile software development desirable (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints)
• Structured, analytical approach with an eye for the big picture
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and good training and presentation abilities
• Excellent German and good English skills

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between €3,888.53 and €4,993.21 – with a willingness to pay above this. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
