To strengthen our Data Science & AI Team, we are looking for an MLOps/Platform Engineer (m/f/d) to build and operate the infrastructure behind our AI systems. The scope of responsibility includes the services that our teams rely on daily, most of which run on Kubernetes. Your Responsibilities:

• You will take over the technical support of central cluster services and ensure their reliable operation, regular updates, and correct configuration for the teams that depend on them
• You will improve the operation of platform-related services – particularly in the areas of Ingress controllers, certificate management (e.g., cert-manager), DNS, and secret management
• You will enhance and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
• You will collaborate with engineering, platform, and AI teams to integrate new services into our clusters according to defined standards
• You will monitor production services, troubleshoot incidents, and systematically expand the observability (logs, metrics, alerting) of the services you manage

Your Profile:

• Completed education (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
• Solid experience in software engineering and DevOps
• Expertise in building MLOps/LLMOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions
• Experience in implementing monitoring, logging, and observability for production systems
• Proficient practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Linux and networking knowledge as well as general DevOps fundamentals

Ideally, you also have the following experience:

• Experience with Ray (or comparable frameworks for distributed computing)
• Practical experience with GPU infrastructure and ArgoCD or ArgoWorkflows
• Basic knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar)

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum values range between €3,888.53 and €4,993.21 – with a willingness to pay above this. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
