For our law firm in the heart of Vienna (1010 Karlsplatz), we are looking for a motivated student assistant who enjoys implementing IT solutions and new technologies in practice.

YOUR TASKS
- Analyzing and supporting digital workflows in the law firm to identify optimization potential.
- Assisting with the implementation and use of modern AI-powered tools and software solutions in daily law firm operations.
- Automating recurring tasks (e.g., templates, data and document processing, standard workflows).
- Evaluating new software solutions, digital assistants, and IT tools for practicality.
- Serving as the interface between the law firm team and IT: Providing practical support in the implementation of digital law firm projects.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Media/Digital Technology, Data Science, or a related technical or business-oriented field.
- Strong interest in modern IT technologies, digitalization, and the practical applications of AI.
- Basic knowledge of software development/scripting (e.g., Python, No-Code/Low-Code, macros, APIs) is an advantage – enthusiasm for practical implementation counts more than years of experience.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as excellent German language skills.
