Your Responsibilities:

• Independent and timely execution of monthly payroll processing for employees at German and international branches
• Correct implementation of double taxation agreements for cross-border assignments
• Primary contact person for employees and managers regarding all questions on wage tax and social security law, including in an international context
• Close collaboration with social security institutions, tax authorities, and external service providers
• Contribution to process optimization in payroll processing

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in payroll, ideally in an international context
• Knowledge of international tax law and double taxation agreements is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills and proficiency in common payroll software, LogaHR preferred
• High affinity for numbers as well as precise and structured work approach
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
