What you should bring to the table:

• Completed technical vocational training (Metal Technology – Mechanical Engineering) with a foreman or master craftsman qualification, or a HTL diploma (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics; Industrial Engineering/Operations Management)
• Solid mechanical expertise in industrial plants (conveyor technology, warehousing, gear systems, pneumatics/hydraulics)
• Leadership skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
• Interface competence in collaboration with production, engineering, and management
