• Operational and strategic responsibility for all financial matters of the company in close cooperation with the management on strategic issues and corporate development
• Liquidity and cash management (e.g., cash pooling)
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of corporate goals and financing (financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, etc.)
• Annual financial statements according to UGB (Austrian Commercial Code)
• Establishment, further development, and monitoring of risk and change management
• Creation and further development of management reports and decision-making bases for the management
• Analysis and optimization of financial processes and structures
• Point of contact for internal executives and external partners in close cooperation with the management

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial company
• Certified public accountant qualification is an advantage
• Very good SAP skills
• Solid treasury knowledge
• Very good English skills
• Experience in establishing and further developing financial processes, reporting structures, management tools, and group-wide standards
• High solution and process orientation
• Dynamic, team-oriented, and communicative personality with a hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, and the ability to actively drive change processes
