Your Responsibilities:

• Continuous Product Quality Monitoring: Responsibility for quality assurance from the delivery of raw materials through the entire production process to the delivery of finished products.
• Quality Management Systems: Development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inspection and Documentation: Conducting regular quality inspections and documenting results to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Defect Analysis and Resolution: Identification of deviations, analysis of root causes, and development of measures for defect prevention.
• Training and Support: Training employees on quality standards and processes, as well as supporting the implementation of improvement measures.
• Communication and Collaboration: Close cooperation with production, suppliers, and customers to clarify and ensure quality requirements.
• Proactive Quality Improvement: Active involvement in shaping and implementing changes in quality management to promote continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) with a focus on mechanical engineering, metal processing, or comparable experience.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a metal-processing company.
• In-depth knowledge of the application of quality management systems and common quality methods (e.g., first article inspection report, measurement of small parts, 8D report).
• Experience working with small parts is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness.
• Excellent German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
