Your Responsibilities

• Independent and timely execution of payroll processing in compliance with internal and legal requirements
• Calculation, verification and remittance of payroll taxes and contributions
• Clarification of employment, social security and payroll tax-related questions for employees
• Monitoring and evaluation of time and attendance records
• Handling of employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as preparation and management of various documents and certificates
• Creation and evaluation of analyses, statistics and reports
• Participation in digitalization and optimization processes
• Administrative support for the entire HR team in day-to-day business
• Contribution to shaping special moments along the Employee Experience – from onboarding to offboarding

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Successfully passed payroll accounting examination and relevant professional experience
• User knowledge of Sage DPW is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of employment, tax and social security law
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High level of discretion and strong service orientation
• High willingness to learn as well as solution-oriented thinking and action
• Very good MS Office skills
