In this varied position, you will maintain various medical-technical systems and equipment in healthcare facilities and support our customers through professional services and technical advice.

• Maintenance, repair, configuration, and safety inspections of medical-technical devices and systems
• Preparation of cost estimates and technical assessment of service cases
• On-site service calls at customer locations in the southern region of Austria
• Technical support and consultation for internal and external customers
• Participation in the technical hotline and on-call duty as scheduled
• Order processing and administrative tasks in technical service
• Comprehensive documentation of all activities in accordance with internal quality and process guidelines
• Goods receipt inspection and support in warehouse and spare parts management

Professional Qualifications

• Completed technical education (HTL, college, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field
• Professional experience in technical service, preferably in a medical-technical environment
• Excellent user skills in PC and standard software applications
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Class B driving license and high willingness to travel (within Austria)
