The Sales & New Services department is responsible for customer relationship management as well as the development and implementation of all relevant systems to market and distribute our core products and services to end customers and clients in an ideal mix of sales channels, in a market-oriented and customer-focused manner.
Your job, you will...
- be responsible for replenishing change, as well as accepting cash registers and coin storage units from ticket machines, request paper rolls and distribute them.
- count the money removed from the daily cash collections of registers and ticket machines and record it in accordance with the accounting regulations in the "Ticketshop" booking system.
- hand over funds to cash-in-transit companies, receive them, and assist in resolving cash discrepancies.
- process complaints related to financial customer issues at ticket machines and take possession of credit and debit cards stuck in ticket machines, document them, and forward them.
