Your Responsibilities

In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in commercial order processing, procurement, and logistics. You will work independently, maintain regular communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments, and ensure smooth processes along the supply chain.

• Independently handle commercial order processing in the merchandise management system
• Solicit quotes, compare them, and negotiate framework agreements with suppliers
• Conduct price negotiations with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Plan, procure, and schedule materials and products, including ongoing inventory monitoring
• Correspond independently with suppliers in German and English
• Maintain material and supplier master data and ensure high data quality
• Support the selection and evaluation of suppliers
• Coordinate assigned freight forwarders and handle customer complaints
• Monitor costs and prepare regular KPI reports
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Handle customs and freight forwarding matters as well as long-term supplier declarations
• Actively contribute to new projects in procurement and logistics
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and perform general administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in procurement and logistics
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, payment terms in international business, and international transport
• Excellent German and English skills
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Navision
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Outlook
• Reliable, precise, and independent work approach
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Flexibility and a high degree of self-responsibility

• The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,600 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer an above-minimum salary.
