As Lead (m/f/x) IT Service Quality & Performance Management, you will shape the future of IT service quality at the ÖBB Group directly alongside the CIO. You will build the new department "IT Service Quality & Performance Management" from the ground up – with the clear goal of leading it as an executive.
Your role, you will...
- develop the strategic roadmap for IT Service Quality & Performance Management in close coordination with the CIO and key stakeholders.
- define the target vision for an IT Operation Center – including requirements for organization, processes, and technology to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment.
- establish group-wide quality standards and develop methodologies for implementation and effectiveness measurement.
- optimize processes by introducing Lean and Agile principles.
- build structured exchange formats and act as the central point of contact for IT service topics across the Group.
- develop root-cause analyses, problem management approaches, as well as transparency and escalation standards for changes.
- establish KPI and SLA reporting, derive measures from it, and provide strategic advice to the CIO.
Your profile, you...
- hold a university degree or equivalent qualification and have several years of experience in IT service management or IT operations, including multiple years in a senior or consulting role.
- bring experience in building and developing service management, monitoring, and operations structures in complex organizations.
- possess in-depth knowledge of ITIL as well as incident, problem, change, and service-level management.
- have practical experience with Lean and Agile methods as well as structured root-cause analysis.
- are familiar with modern monitoring, observability, and reporting tools and drive data-based decision-making.
- advise confidently at the C-level and can communicate complex content clearly and understandably.
