Successful gastronomy company is looking for a location in Carinthia for the position of:

Operational Restaurant Manager (m/f/x)
Full-time, 40 hrs. / week

Your responsibilities:

Independent organization and coordination of the restaurant
Preparation, presentation, and serving of meals and small snacks
Supervision of staff in the catering area and ensuring smooth operations
Coordination of goods orders and inventory control
Handling administrative and organizational tasks
Maintenance and stocking of catering and beverage facilities
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained work environment
Monitoring and compliance with applicable quality, hygiene, and
safety standards
Point of contact for internal matters related to catering and service areas

Your profile:

Experience in gastronomy or food retail
Good command of German, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
Proficient in PC use and common office applications
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2,440,- on a full-time basis, with willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
