Our client, a globally successful company in the construction supply industry, is looking to strengthen its team in Vienna.

• Independent handling of accounts payable, including verification, coding, and posting of incoming invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements
• Processing ongoing payment transactions as well as group and intercompany settlements
• Invoice verification, assignment to specialist departments, and maintenance of accounts and master data
• Account reconciliations and accruals/deferrals, as well as support in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Collaboration with internal and external contacts
• Support in optimizing and automating accounting processes, as well as working with electronic invoice workflows and ERP systems (SAP)

• Completed commercial education (HAK, HAS, or apprenticeship) including accounting training or certified accountant qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable accounting position desirable
• Good MS Office skills, SAP experience an advantage
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working, as well as a high sense of responsibility

A minimum salary of EUR 42,000 gross per year, along with attractive benefits in a stable company. Willingness to pay above the minimum salary is given and depends on your qualifications.
