  • You take the lead in critical functional and durability tests for our hydrogen technologies, ensuring their quality and reliability.
  • You analyze complex measurement results, identify optimization potential, and share your groundbreaking insights with the team.
  • In close collaboration with design, simulation, and production, you develop the next generation of our products and improve their manufacturability.
  • Personality: You are passionate about innovative technologies, inspire others with your enthusiasm, and prefer to work collaboratively in a team. Even when things get intense at the test bench, you remain resilient, keep an overview, and tackle tasks proactively.
  • Experience and know-how: Product development is your playing field. You bring experience in measurement technology as well as in the acquisition and analysis of measurement data. You apply quality and development methods (such as FMEA or DRBFM) routinely. Your mechatronics expertise is solid—and if you’ve already gained experience in R&D or the automotive sector, that’s your perfect springboard.
  • Education and languages: You have successfully completed your technical degree or HTL education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, automation technology, or similar). In an international project environment, you communicate confidently in German and English.

Working hours: from 38.5h/week on a temporary basis

It is important to us to offer a fair salary that matches your skills and experience. This can be significantly above the collective agreement (metalworking industry) and starts at 48,000 EUR gross per year for 38.5h/week (no all-in contract).
