• Responsibility for production and plant controlling, including product costing, cost analyses, and variance analyses
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc evaluations as a sound basis for decision-making
• Sparring partner for the management, executives, and departments on controlling-related issues
• Preparation of investment and profitability calculations as well as support for relocation and optimization projects
• Further development of controlling processes, data quality, and reporting structures in S4 Hana and Power BI

• Relevant academic education with corresponding professional experience as a production/plant controller
• Passion for complex production processes, analyses, and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Independent, results-driven personality with the desire to further develop and lead the department
• Proficiency in English and German
