In this position, you will work as a Technical Specialist in bridge construction and structural engineering for the Civil Engineering department, taking on the following tasks:
Your Job
- You are responsible for the technical supervision of railway, road, cycle path and green bridges, structural culverts, trough constructions, cut-and-cover tunnels, galleries, special steel structures and non-standard platform roofs during planning and construction.
- Furthermore, you will support the further development of technical standards by initiating and accompanying national and international research topics in the field of bridge construction and structural engineering, with a focus on failure causes of concrete bridges.

Your Profile
- For this role, you have a university degree (Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering/Water Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.), preferably with experience in scientific work and several years of relevant professional experience.
- As an internal applicant, you ideally have successfully completed training as a Railway Infrastructure Technician, including the relevant specialisations in Civil Engineering (formerly FW/PE01 Railway and Civil Engineering Course).
