- assume operational responsibility for our turnkey residential construction sites and manage them as site supervisor
- coordinate and direct the executing trades and subcontractors – from the shell construction phase to turnkey handover
- support in the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
- monitor the execution quality on the construction site, identify deviations early and initiate appropriate measures
- ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards on your construction site and report regularly to project management
- conduct construction meetings, maintain construction site documentation and participate in acceptance inspections
- ensure strict adherence to all work safety regulations and maintain an orderly construction site

Requirements

- Completed degree in civil engineering or a construction-related vocational training with corresponding practical experience
- Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in turnkey residential construction
- You are well familiar with construction site processes and maintain an overview even with multiple trades working simultaneously
- You present yourself confidently, address issues with subcontractors in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
- Knowledge of common standards as well as experience with construction schedules and construction site software complete your profile
- You are present on the construction site – for you, construction management means being hands-on
