Job Description

- Independent calculation of construction projects in specialist civil engineering and ground engineering - Analysis of tenders, bills of quantities, and technical documents - Solicitation and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offers - Preparation of tender calculations including opportunity and risk assessment - Identification, solicitation, and economic evaluation of alternative offers as well as identification of optimization potential in terms of costs, quality, and schedules - Participation in contract negotiations and tender presentations - Support of site management and procurement during the tender and execution phases

Requirements

- Completed technical education (vocational school for construction trades, technical college, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) - Motivated site managers, technicians, or junior estimators with development potential are also welcome (e.g., civil engineering site managers or project managers; foremen or technicians with estimation experience; technicians from specialist civil engineering) - Knowledge of specialist civil engineering and ground engineering is an advantage - Confident handling of tenders in accordance with ÖNORM - Economic thinking and analytical working methods - Teamwork, initiative, and sense of responsibility
