Your Responsibilities

• You coordinate the smooth processing of orders! This includes handing over to dispatch as well as close coordination with the warehouse, dispatch, and customers.
• You always keep an eye on shipments and data! Monitoring shipments, shipment data, and customs documents ensures high process quality.
• You ensure timely processes! By tracking transit times and creating loading and unloading lists, you support efficient operations.
• You are the central point of contact for customers! Handling complaints and maintaining shipment data in the IT system are also part of your responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Experience: A completed vocational training as a freight forwarding merchant or professional experience in this field is an advantage.
• Personality: You work with a focus on quality, independently, and enjoy your work. You are enthusiastic and a talented communicator.
  
• Skills: You have good German and English language skills and are proficient in using MS Office programs and IT systems.
