Your Responsibilities:

• Organizational, professional, and personnel responsibility for the ward
• Management and coordination of care processes, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
• Implementation of the rehabilitative care concept
• Central interface between nursing, medicine, and therapy
• Assumption of leadership and management tasks, fostering a positive work environment
• Planning of bed occupancy in coordination with the senior ward physician
• Participation in ward rounds
• Efficient and needs-based staff planning, as well as support in staff balancing
• Promotion of professional and personal development of employees through staff appraisals and team meetings
• Organization of medications and supplies, including cost-effective inventory management

Your Profile:

• Diploma in General Health and Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Health Studies
• Leadership experience as a ward manager or deputy ward manager
• Registration in the Health Professions Register
• Completed or ongoing further training in "Basic and Intermediate Nursing Management"
• Experience in acute care; knowledge in rehabilitation is an advantage
• Flexibility, innovation readiness, and enthusiasm for advancing nursing care
• Professional, responsible, and exemplary conduct
• Team-oriented, respectful, and appreciative leadership style
• Empathetic interaction with patients and the ability to motivate staff and achieve common goals

The minimum monthly salary for a full-time position (40 hours per week) with 10 years of professional experience is €3,409 gross. In addition, a management allowance and willingness to pay above the minimum salary apply – depending on your specific qualifications and prior experience.
