• You will independently manage the procurement of fresh product categories (cheese, meat, fish, charcuterie, dairy) as well as selected seasonal and packaged goods
• Building and maintaining a European supplier network will be your responsibility
• You will conduct price and terms negotiations (discounts, bonuses, promotional allowances) on your own initiative
• You will monitor market and commodity trends, assess price competitiveness, and develop well-founded business cases
• In close coordination with other departments and marketing, you will identify trends early and incorporate them into the product range
• You will actively contribute to product selection at events

• Proven experience in purchasing fresh or gourmet food products
• Strong product expertise and a genuine affinity for culinary arts
