Your Responsibilities in Photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage Systems:

• Management of PV and BESS projects (C&I and Utility)
• Supporting sales in preparing quotations and technical clarification
• Coordination of execution planning with the relevant colleagues and assignment of work packages
• Implementation of projects as a project manager with a project team (3-5 people)
• Main point of contact for clients from commissioning to project completion
• Placing material orders and commissions (subcontractors, site setup, etc.) in collaboration with procurement
• Responsible for the successful execution of projects (on-site construction manager)
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Supervision of construction work (quality), costs, and adherence to the construction schedule
• Variation management within projects
• Responsibility for project completion including commissioning, acceptance, and documentation
• Participation in regular internal improvement processes

Your Profile:

• Completed technical degree (university/college) or equivalent qualification (in Renewable Energies or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a project manager
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Strengths in conflict management and solution-oriented thinking are an advantage
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to travel within Germany & Austria

We offer you a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,727.40, with a willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
