Your Responsibilities:

• Get to know and understand our production processes through active participation in shift operations
• Set up, operate, and monitor modern production facilities
• Analyze processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows
• Perform quality controls and ensure our high product standards
• Carry out basic maintenance and repair work
• Close collaboration with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Take responsibility for technical topics and projects in the production environment

Your Profile:

• Practical technical experience or a technical education (HTL, technical college) is an advantage
• Interest in production processes, machinery, and technical correlations
• High willingness to learn and the desire for professional and personal development
• Analytical thinking and independent work approach
• Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
• Good IT skills
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
