YOUR FUTURE AND EXCITING FIELD OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Primary responsibility for recruitment processes: from creating job advertisements to organizing interviews, you ensure successful onboarding processes
• Coordination of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: handling all contract changes in compliance with labor law and collective agreement requirements
• Point of contact for all colleagues: with your open and trustworthy manner, you serve as a key interface and address topics
• Support for our managers: you provide solution-oriented assistance in all HR matters
• Training measures: you organize various training sessions and team events, continuously expanding the range of benefits and health-promoting initiatives
• Active further development and expansion of our HR development measures
• Close collaboration and exchange with the internal payroll department

EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, university, degree), completed payroll accounting certification is an advantage, at least 5 years of professional experience in HR
• Good IT skills (BMD is an advantage, proficient use of MS Office – especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent German and good English skills
• High sense of responsibility and trustworthy handling of sensitive personal data
• A structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation and an appreciative approach to people
