Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the store management in running the branch
• Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of daily business, implementation of store targets and relevant KPIs
• Leading, motivating and supporting the store team; assisting with staff scheduling
• Ensuring an appealing store appearance and optimal product presentation
• Assisting with stock replenishment, ordering, warehouse organisation and cashier duties
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and quality standards
• Service-oriented customer care

Your Profile

• Professional experience in retail or a similar environment, ideally already in a deputy or comparable responsible position
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step towards leadership
• Enjoyment of retail and interest in a varied and dynamic working environment
• Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and a structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and an appreciative manner towards colleagues and customers
• Organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even during busy periods
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially in the evenings and on Saturdays

For this exciting position, a gross annual salary starting from €36,400 on a full-time basis is offered. Willingness to pay above this amount is given for corresponding qualifications and experience.
