Here’s what you can look forward to:

- You will analyze global market demand in the short, medium, and long term and derive well-founded measures from relevant key figures - As the head of the Supply Chain, you ensure the availability of various product groups and work closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales - You further develop forecasting methods, models, and processes and improve forecast quality - Based on clear objectives, you independently develop and implement scalable demand planning processes and standards - You create templates and training concepts for the international ERP & Forecasting plant roll-out, support the implementation, and train local teams

Requirements

Here’s what you bring to the table:

- Completed degree with a quantitative or business focus or a comparable qualification - At least three years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a comparable Supply Chain area - Holistic understanding of demand planning with a focus on inventory and capacity planning, solid forecasting experience, and an interest in AI-based solutions - Independent, analytical, and results-driven way of working - Conceptual strength and a strong understanding of processes - Big-picture thinking and sound decision-making in complex contexts - Solution-oriented approach to conflicting goals in a dynamic environment - Strong communication and interface skills as well as collaboration at eye level - Excellent German and English language skills
