Job Description

-Overall responsibility for technical and commercial project execution
-Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
-Management of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning
-Schedule, cost, and quality management
-Coordination of customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal departments
-Risk management as well as claim and change management
-Monitoring of project progress and regular reporting to management and customers
-Ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements
-Responsibility for project completion and handover to the customer

Requirements

-Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) in mechanical engineering, energy technology, process engineering, or plant engineering
-Several years of experience in project management of power plant, energy, or industrial plant projects
-Experience in leading project teams
-Sound knowledge of project control, contract, and claim management
-Good technical knowledge in boiler construction, piping, steel construction, and I&C (instrumentation and control) is an advantage
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Structured and entrepreneurial mindset
-Excellent German and English language skills
-Willingness to travel for international projects
