Job Description

- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules
- Analysis of schedule deviations and development of countermeasures
- Schedule controlling and regular reporting to project management and senior leadership
- Identification, documentation, and tracking of claims and contract amendments
- Analysis of causes for schedule and cost deviations
- Support in preparing claims for contract amendments and additional costs
- Coordination of schedule and claim-related topics with customers, suppliers, and project partners
- Participation in risk and opportunity management
- Support of project management in contract and project management tasks

Requirements

- Completed technical or business education (HTL, university of applied sciences, technical university, or equivalent)
- Experience in project management, schedule management, or claim management, ideally in power plant or industrial plant construction
- Proficiency in using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Basic knowledge of contract and contract amendment management is an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Good command of German and English
