Job Description

-Creation and maintenance of materials and bills of materials in Agile (manually or via Excel import)
-Creation and processing of materials in SAP
-Creation and management of subcontracting orders including material assignment
-Maintenance and updating of bills of materials as well as changes within the scope of change management
-Assignment of materials in the Project System (PS) for construction site deliveries
-Tracking of deadlines and maintenance of confirmed delivery dates
-Initiation and monitoring of relevant workflows for trades with material and service components
-Coordination and alignment with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management

Requirements

-Completed commercial or technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK, or equivalent)
-Experience in material management, procurement, logistics, or project business is an advantage
-Good SAP knowledge, ideally experience with Agile or comparable PLM systems
-Proficient use of MS Excel
-Structured, precise, and independent work approach
-Organizational skills and strong process understanding
-Strong communication skills and team orientation
-Good command of German, English skills are an advantage
