Your Responsibilities:

• Solution-oriented telephone consultation on A1 products and services
• Needs-based sales conversations (by phone and in writing)
• Selling additional products (cross-selling and upselling)
• Ensuring efficient support for customer inquiries
• High customer satisfaction and retention
• Documentation of business cases

Your Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of sales and consulting
• Very good PC and MS Office knowledge
• High customer and service orientation
• Interest in the telecommunications industry
• Affinity for mobile communications, landline, and internet
• Professional experience in telephone sales is an advantage
