Your Responsibilities:

• Provide personal and expert advice to customers regarding their travel wishes – from beach holidays and city trips to cruises, package tours, and individual travel.
• Create tailor-made travel offers and guide customers from planning and booking through to after-sales support.
• Utilise the extensive product portfolio of over 70 strong and reliable travel partners.
• Assist with general office tasks and ensure smooth operations in the travel agency.
• Inspire customers with your passion for travel, your service mindset, and your knack for creating perfect holiday moments.

Your Profile:

• A strong passion for travel.
• At least two years of professional experience in a travel agency or travel consulting.
• Excellent proficiency in using MS Office.
• You enjoy working in a team but can also take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent German language skills, good English skills, and very good geographical knowledge.
• You impress with strong communication skills, organisational talent, and a joy for direct customer contact.
