WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Responsibility for fleet support contracts to meet customer requirements
• Management of assigned projects for military fleet customers
• Handling customer inquiries, developing customer requirements, and preparing quotations in collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement, and other departments
• Active definition of the scope of services in cooperation with customers and the involved internal departments as well as external entities
• Support for RMMV’s international subsidiaries through coordinated activities from Europe

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering is desirable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a complex technical environment and fleet customer support
• Practical experience in service, customer support, and/or sales is an advantage
• Experience in working with military customers is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent technical understanding, particularly in the field of commercial vehicle technology
• Fluent in German and English
• High team and communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working as well as strong implementation skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

The minimum salary for this position, based on the fulfillment of the listed requirements, is €4,354.45 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the automotive industry).
