WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Supporting suppliers during the onboarding process and qualifying new suppliers
• Initiating and monitoring risk analyses regarding compliance and sustainability
• Managing initial sampling, including document review and support in process approvals before series production (PPAP, PPF, EMPB)
• Quality advance planning in accordance with the VDA maturity level assurance in customer projects from inquiry to series release
• Ensuring audit and standard compliance at suppliers (process audits according to VDA 6.3)
• Collaboration in supplier evaluation and supplier development projects
• Further development and reporting of quality KPIs

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in the metalworking industry, the automotive industry, or a comparable sector
• Excellent SQD knowledge
• Certification as a VDA 6.3 auditor is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, process understanding, and independent work approach
• Willingness to travel regularly on business

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

The minimum salary for this position, based on fulfilling the listed requirements, is €4,354.45 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the automotive industry).
