Your Responsibilities:

• Creation and editing of measurements, performance records, documentation, and other billing-relevant documents
• Supporting construction and project management in project execution
• Coordinating billing data with project managers
• Communication and coordination with external project stakeholders (clients, authorities, suppliers)
• Support in optimizing billing processes and internal workflows
• Site visits to record billing bases and coordinate projects

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience preferred
• Experience with billing software (iTWO, Auer) preferred
• Good MS Office skills
• Independence and proactive work style
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and quality awareness
• Driving license category B

For this position, the collective agreement for employees in the metalworking industry applies. The collectively agreed minimum salary is €2,727.40 gross per month (in employment group III) based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
For this position, we offer an actual gross annual salary starting from €45,000, with a willingness to pay above this depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
