Your Responsibilities:

• Processing ongoing financial accounting
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Invoice verification and posting according to the Austrian & German chart of accounts
• Payment runs, dunning, and travel expense management
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Preparation of the balance sheet for the tax advisor
• Monitoring of payroll and personnel accounting

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training (HAK, HAS)
• Professional experience as a sole accountant:
• Experience in payroll accounting is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal
• Precise and organized work style as well as analytical and interconnected thinking
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation
