Your Responsibilities (after thorough training)

• Personal and telephone customer support
• On-site consultation and assistance
• Handover and training in the use of various products
• Independent planning and execution of customer and service visits
• Handling customer inquiries and requests
• Close collaboration with colleagues in internal and field service
• General administrative tasks within the scope of customer support

• Enjoyment in working with people and a strong service orientation
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Initiative, reliability, and team spirit
• Good PC user skills (Outlook and MS Office)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Class B driving license required

For this position, a minimum salary of €2,700 gross on a full-time basis is offered, which will be discussed individually with YOU.
