Your Responsibilities

• You develop, create, and update simulator scenarios based on changes in airspace structures, procedures, systems, and the simulator landscape.
• You maintain, manage, and harmonize simulator databases, performance and flight plan libraries, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
• You prepare data from various sources and convert it into training and simulation exercises for different simulator systems.
• You analyze and optimize existing processes and develop tools and utilities to create simulator examples more efficiently.
• You integrate new technologies into the simulator landscape and create digital learning content, such as CBTs and e-learning modules, to support modern training concepts.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.) and/or extensive relevant professional experience with an ATM simulator.
• You possess excellent knowledge of data processing and simulation systems.
• You have excellent English skills and very good proficiency in MS Office.
• You impress with a customer-oriented approach as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
• You enjoy working in a team, are precise, independent, reliable, and flexible, as well as open to new challenges.
• You are eager to develop both professionally and personally.

We offer a gross annual salary of at least EUR 91,300, depending on your professional experience (based on the specified working hours).
