As the link between Auto Günther and our customers, your responsibilities include:

• direct acceptance of customer vehicles for the workshop
• conducting needs assessments and advising customers on recommended maintenance and repair work
• creating repair orders and cost estimates
• offering additional products and services that provide added value to the customer
• coordinating, managing, and invoicing repair orders
• final vehicle inspection including a test drive
• transparent explanation of the invoice and vehicle handover to the customer
• handling and processing complaints
• ongoing, appreciative communication with all involved internal departments (including appointment scheduling, workshop, parts warehouse, billing team, telemarketing) to ensure excellent customer care and full satisfaction for every customer

What you bring to this position:

• a completed technical training in the automotive sector
• strong communication skills and customer orientation
• confident use of IT applications
• a high willingness to learn
• commitment, teamwork, and structured thinking
• a Class B driving licence
