As an inspiring leader, you will take responsibility for a dedicated team and drive the further development of our control technology modular system and our products decisively forward. Additionally, you will contribute advisory support in sales and assist our customers with technical questions – this close customer interaction makes your role even more diverse and significantly strengthens the foundation for your strategic decisions. - Leadership and development of our control technology staff - Definition and advancement of standards and architectures - Design, expansion, and maintenance of our control technology modules based on Beckhoff - Establishment and development of our supplier and partner network - Ensuring the timely commissioning of our projects worldwide - Further development of libraries for our standard components

Requirements

- Degree in electrical engineering or automation technology - Strong leadership personality and experience in team or department management - Good command of English - Clear, structured, and solution-oriented mindset - Communicative and team-oriented
