WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Establishment, maintenance, and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301
• Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk analyses, and risk assessments, as well as creating and maintaining emergency and recovery plans
• Planning, coordinating, and executing documentation of emergency and crisis exercises in collaboration with the responsible departments and company representatives
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of BCM policies as well as emergency and business continuity plans
• Designing and implementing internal training sessions and workshops to embed business continuity throughout the company
• Supporting or conducting audits, documenting results, and tracking measures
• Collecting and evaluating data and key performance indicators for reporting (RMMV and group reporting)

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed degree in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Information Security, Integrated Security Management, Integrated Risk Management, or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in heavy industry or the automotive sector
• Excellent knowledge of management system standards ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
• Good MS Office and SAP skills; AS400 knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong team and communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working as well as pronounced implementation competence
• Willingness to travel for business

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

The minimum salary for this position, based on meeting the listed requirements, is €4,354.45 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the automotive industry).
