Your Responsibilities:

• You take full responsibility for your location and actively develop it in line with the company strategy.
• You manage economic success based on key performance indicators such as sales and profit, and continuously optimize processes, structures, and product ranges, taking into account financial metrics and central guidelines.
• You assume professional and disciplinary leadership of the entire team and ensure their further development.
• You ensure the smooth operation of all processes in sales, warehouse, and organization, and are responsible for inventory, order, and safety.
• You manage and optimize sales processes at the location and ensure seamless business operations.
• You are responsible for compliance with all legal, safety-related, and internal regulations at the location and work closely with internal departments and external partners.
• You ensure adherence to guidelines and quality standards during goods receipt and maintain a smooth flow of goods.
• You act as de-escalating support for employees and handle complex complaints.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in the DIY or building materials sector
• Experience in team leadership and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems (preferably Softline)
• Empathetic and dynamic personality with appreciative communication
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high awareness of quality and costs
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Reliability and hands-on mentality

Based on a full-time position, we offer an annual gross salary starting from €65,000. The actual remuneration depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
