Your Responsibilities:

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team while serving as a role model in daily operations.
• You plan staff deployment and ensure clear, efficient processes in your area.
• You provide our customers with expert, friendly, and solution-oriented advice.
• You ensure high product availability and an attractive product presentation.
• You handle assortment maintenance, orders, and inventory checks.
• You successfully implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• You keep an eye on sales, gross profit, inventory levels, and inventory results.
• You work closely with store management and other team leaders.
• You actively contribute to daily operations and, together with your team, ensure a positive shopping experience.

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training in retail, crafts, or a technical profession
• Strong expertise in tools, machinery, hardware, or comparable DIY product ranges
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership role
• Enjoyment of sales and personal customer consultation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of key business metrics
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and a positive, motivating personality
• Good computer skills and excellent German language proficiency
• Flexibility within our opening hours

Based on a full-time position, we offer an annual gross salary starting from €35,490. The actual compensation will depend on your professional experience and qualifications.
