WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Legal assurance of external personnel deployment, requiring business trips to Germany
• Ensuring compliance with the Foreign Employment Act
• Contract negotiations, drafting, and management
• Maintenance of master data (material and supplier master), electronic and physical filing of legally relevant documents, working with and in various portals and applications to document supplier statuses

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on procurement and strong intercultural management skills
• Knowledge of employment law is desirable
• Excellent user skills in MS Office applications
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High team and communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working as well as strong implementation skills
• Willingness to travel for business

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

The minimum salary for this position, based on meeting the listed requirements, is €3,802.93 gross per month for full-time employment (collective agreement for the automotive industry).
