Your Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of content for our online shop (product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and other content)
• Collaboration in managing and developing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• Creation of social media content such as posts, stories, and reels
• Creation of newsletters and support for marketing campaigns and advertising materials
• Collaboration in the conception and implementation of classic and digital marketing campaigns
• Implementation of SEO measures and continuous optimization of digital content
• Close cooperation with the marketing management, other departments, and external partners (e.g., graphic design, photography)

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in content marketing, online marketing, or social media is an advantage
• Strong language skills and enjoyment of writing in German and English
• Confident handling of social media and interest in current trends and digital formats
• Ideally, experience with Photoshop, Canva, and/or Lightroom
• Structured, independent, and creative way of working
• Enjoyment of immersing yourself in the world of tea

For this full-time position, the minimum collective agreement salary is €2,362 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to pay above this rate.
