In this position at the Villach location, you will work as a Junior Technical Specialist in Electrical Engineering – Regional Technical Management, responsible for facility development (with a focus on electrical engineering) and the associated project management.
Your Job
- Support in the planning, implementation, and prioritization of individual technical projects, taking into account facility condition development and life-cycle costs
- Involvement in project and construction management, including technical and economic order monitoring (costs, deadlines, quality) in collaboration with technical specialists
- Maintenance, upkeep, and further development of technical databases, as well as the creation and evidence-based management of required technical documentation
- Support in the awarding, coordination, and control of external services, including random checks of maintenance and inspection work
- Participation in quality inspections, acceptance, and handover of facilities to maintenance, as well as in coordination with authorities and stakeholders
Your Profile
- HTL diploma, university of applied sciences, or university degree (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics) and ideally several years of relevant professional experience.
- Enjoy collaboratively developing solutions and sharing your knowledge.
- Physical and mental fitness (track/railway suitability will be determined during onboarding).
- Excellent German language skills
- As an internal candidate, you can provide proof of the technical examination "Railway Infrastructure Technician" course (EBIST). As an external applicant, you are willing to complete this course.
